What should I include in my first message?
Say whether you want to buy, rent or sell, which community you like, how many bedrooms you need, your budget and your timing. Even one or two of these help me send you the right homes on the first reply.

Can I start looking from abroad?
Yes. You can start on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and I can walk you through homes on a video call before you fly in, so your trip is for the shortlist, not the search.

Can you help me get a mortgage?
I can guide you through the mortgage process: pre-approval from a UAE bank, your offer, then the bank's valuation and final approval. I started out in banking in Dubai, so I know the steps; the bank sets the rate and decides on the loan, and I do not give financial advice.

Does this website store what I type in the form?
No. The form only builds your WhatsApp message in your browser. Nothing is sent to this website or saved here; your message goes to Alana only when you press send in WhatsApp.

Where is your office?
I work with Hunt and Harris Real Estate, whose office is at UG-01 Amenity Centre, Al Hamra Industrial Zone FZ, Ras Al Khaimah. Viewings happen at the homes themselves, so message me first and I will meet you there.
